Dr Juliet Singer
Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist
Dr Juliet Singer is a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. Her special interests include neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD, Autism and tics, and the interaction between physical and mental health, including assessment and treatment planning for young people with functional disorders. She works in the NHS in a CAMHS neurodevelopmental service, and previously worked at GOSH in the Psychological Medicine Team, the Feeding and Eating Disorders Team, and the Attachment and Trauma Team as a Specialist Registrar.
She was elected as an executive committee member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists Child and Adolescent Faculty, sits on the Fitness to Practice Panel at University College London Medical School, and regularly teaches medical students and trainees.

Juliet has expertise and an interest in public communication in relation to health. During her training, she took a break from practising medicine and worked as a television director and producer, making programmes such as the child development series Child of Our Time, the parenting series Little Angels, as well as documentaries including 24 Hours in A&E, Long Lost Family, and Panorama.
